Buyer & Seller Guide
Our flagship product is our bespoke Buyer Seller Guide. These are provided in print and digital formats, free of charge to the client, funded through relevant and credible third party advertisers.
These hyper-local publications provide our clients with a superior marketing tool that can be used across a broad range of client and community interactions.
These high-end publications facilitate increased opportunities to win business, elevate market presence and strengthen community ties by collaborating with local, regional and national businesses through various partnership platforms.
Printed Publication
Included in our free service is printing and delivery of the printed guides.
Starting at 500 copies and going up to 2,000 per year, these will be printed in 4 batches over the two year commitment; every six months. You will have the opportunity to amend the publication before each print
run. The printed publication is between 60 and 85 pages
As best in class publications, our guides are a direct reflection of our client’s own exemplary standards using their own brand guidelines and corporate identities.
Digital Publication
The interactive digital publication can be hosted on your website, email signatures and distributed through mailing lists and social media.
Using our analytics platform, you are able to see in real time the local and global reach that your guide is achieving, as well as other metrics that are measured on a page by page basis. This is also an opportunity to drive traffic to specific sites and pages that you want to promote.

Equally as important is the chance to bring together your Advisors, the advertisers, your key clients and any local influencers. Funded by PMG – up to 60 attendees – usually the launch event would be hosted at the main shop.
PMG Pro is a subscription service for Advisors seeking to elevate their personal brand with a tailored, digital copy of the existing Buyer & Seller Guide.
By working with their own dedicated PMG designer, Advisors become the sole presence and point of contact in the guide, with the opportunity to feature bespoke written and video content. These can include written bios and headshots, an introductory video, personalized area guides and featured listings.
With active links, enquiry forms and other calls to action the service includes the initial set up and design of their personalized guide, with 5 edits per month thereafter.
